Condition Monitoring Software (CMS)

Online, continuous collection of vibration and condition data from connected SETPOINT Machinery Protection System (MPS) racks is stored within a standard OSIsoft^TM  Pi historian, allowing machine train diagrams, trending, diagnostics and predictive maintenance data to be collected and viewed using (for example) Pi Processbook®.

CMS display software is used for viewing and analysis of stored data.  Being licence free (readily available for download from the SETPOINT website), allows stored or exported files to then be shared with your reliability team or third party service providers located anywhere in the world with ease.  CMS supports a multitude of waveform analysis and display options including Timebase, Orbit, Trend, Shaft centerline, Spectrum, Waterfall & Cascade, Bode, Polar and Tabular alarm events etc.

Stored data can be viewed and analysed using the standard Condition Monitoring Software (CMS) available for download from the SETPOINT website.
